Hand-painted door curtain Frida Kahlo with flowers
Made in Vietnam, inspired by the paintings of Frida Kahlo.
Limited supply of this special curtain.
Magdalena Carmen Frida Kahlo y Calderón (1907 - 1954) was a Mexican surrealist painter.
Frida Kahlo is still seen today as a symbol for feminism. Her free-spirited mind was a model for women worldwide. Kahlo, for example, refused to shave her body and facial hair.
Her work is characterized by the cheerful colors, which contrast with an alienating atmosphere.
Her life course was not exactly a 'picnic'.
Kahlo died in 1954, a week after her 47th birthday. She left a note with the text 'I hope the end is happy and hope never to return'.
